Nifty is likely to open in a flat note. Momentum indicators are indicating towards a volatile market today. Nifty is trading near its all time high. Positional traders are advised to keep their stop loss at 9500 for longs while for shorts it should be placed at 9650.Intraday traders are advised to adopt buy on dips strategy today. It is advised to make long position in nifty around 9560 with a stop loss of 9525 for the target of 9600.

मोदी सरकार के 3 साल, क्या सभी मोर्चों पर फेल रही सरकार!

"26 मई 2014 को अच्छे दिनों के वादे के साथ मोदी सरकार भारी बहुमत के साथ सत्ता में आई थी।"और आज मोदी सरकार को सत्ता में आए 3 साल पूरे हो गए हैं। मतलब आधे से ज्यादा वक्त पूरा हो गया है। अब इस बात पर चर्चा करनी जरूरी है कि कितने वादे पूरे हो गए हैं और कितने अधूरे रहे गए हैं। सबसे पहले सरकार की कामयाबियों की चर्चा की जाए। मसलन महंगाई के मोर्चे पर सरकार कामयाब दिखती है। 

• पिछले 3 सालों में रिटेल महंगाई की रफ्तार 5 फीसदी से नीचे आ गई है। विदेशी निवेश में लगातार बढ़ोतरी दिख रही है। शेयर बाजार में जोरदार उछाल दिख रही है। वित्तीय घाटे भी काबू में नजर आ रहा है। वहीं जीडीपी ग्रोथ की रप्तार 7 फीसदी से ऊपर ही रही है। लेकिन ग्रोथ के साथ जब नई नौकरियों के आंकड़ों पर नजर जाती है  तो फिक्र नजर आती है। क्योंकि ग्रोथ के मुकाबले नौकरियां पैदा होने की रफ्तार बेहद निराशाजनक है। तीन साल में 8 लाख से थोड़ी ही ज्यादा नौकरियां पैदा हुई हैं।  वहीं कर्ज की मांग यानि क्रेडिट ग्रोथ 2013-14 के मुकाबले आधी रह गई है। डूबे कर्ज का मर्ज बढ़ता ही जा रहा है।

• हालांकि रोजगार पर सरकार का अपना तर्क है। सरकार के अनुसार 8 करोड़ लोगों को अपना कारोबार शुरू करने में मदद मिली है। वहीं सरकार की मुद्रा बैंक, स्टैंडअप इंडिया, स्टार्टअप इंडिया के तहत लोगों को नौकरियां मिली है। सरकार के अनुसार स्वरोजगार से ही लोगों को रोजगार दिया जा सकता है लेकिन रोजगार को लेकर नजरिया बदलने की जरूरत है। नौकरियों के भरोसे सभी को रोजगार देना असंभव है।
• सरकार के 3 साल के कार्यकाल में सरकार को बड़ी कामयाबियां भी मिली है। इन 3 सालों में ना केवल महंगाई काबू में आई बल्कि जीडीपी ग्रोथ 7 फीसदी ज्यादा रही। नोटबंदी जैसा साहसिक फैसला लिया गया और जीएसटी यानि एक देश, एक टैक्स पर सारी बाधाएं दूर हुईं। सरकार पर भ्रष्टाचार का बड़ा आरोप नहीं है। पेट्रोल, डीजल का डीरेगुलेशन हुआ है।  
• उधर, सरकार के 3 साल के कार्यकाल को लेकर लोकल सर्किल्स ने एक सर्वे किया है, जिसमें लोगों ने मोदी सरकार के काम पर अपनी राय दी है।प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के 3 साल के कामकाज पर लोकल सर्किल्स के सर्वे के मुताबिक 36 फीसदी लोगों का मानना है कि इन 3 सालों में कारोबार करना आसान हुआ है जबकि 36 फीसदी लोग ऐसा नहीं मानते।
• बेरोजगारी कम हुई? इस सवाल पर सर्वे में शामिल 63 फीसदी लोगों का मानना है कि बेरोजगारी कम करने में सरकार फेल रही है जबकि 21 फीसदी लोगों का मानना है कि सरकार बेरोजगारी को दूर करने में कामयाब रही है। वहीं 16 फीसदी लोगों ने इस सवाल पर कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी।
• नोटबंदी से भ्रष्टाचारियों पर नकेल लगी? इस सवाल पर सर्वे में शामिल 51 फीसदी लोगों का मानना है कि सरकार ने भ्रष्टाचारियों पर नकेल कसी है जबकि 37 फीसदी लोगों ने इस कार्य में सरकार को असफल माना है। वहीं 47 फीसदी लोगों का कहना है कि सरकार ने भ्रष्टाचार को कम किया है जबकि 43 फीसदी लोगों का मानना है कि सरकार भ्रष्टाचार को कम करने में विफल रही है। वहीं 10 फीसदी लोगों ने इसपर कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी ।
• सरकार अपने वायदे पूरे करती दिख रही है? इस सवाल पर सर्वे में 59 फीसदी लोगों ने सहमति जताई जबकि 32 फीसदी लोगों का मानना है कि सरकार अपने वायदे  पूरे करने में असफल रही है।
• महिलाओं और बच्चों के खिलाफ अपराध कम करने के वादे पर मोदी सरकार बुरी तरह पीटी है। सर्वे के मुताबिक 66 फीसदी लोगों का मानना है कि सरकार के कार्यकाल के दौरान महिलाओं और बच्चों के खिलाफ अपराध नहीं घटे है जबकि 28 फीसदी लोगों का मानना है कि सरकार ने अपराध पर सख्त कदम उठाया है। 
• सर्वे के मुताबिक 57 फीसदी लोगों का मानना है कि मोदी सरकार का स्वच्छ भारत अभियान फेल रहा है जबकि 35 फीसदी लोगों का कहना है कि सरकार उनके शहर को साफ करने में सफल रही है।
• नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार ने आज 3 साल पूरे कर लिए हैं। इस दौरान इकोनॉमी की रफ्तार तो कुछ कम रही, मगर बाजार लगातार छलांग लगा रहा है।
• मोदी सरकार के 3 साल के कार्यकाल में निफ्टी में 27 फीसदी का उछाल आया है, जबकि सेंसेक्स में 24 फीसदी की बढ़त दर्ज की गई है। बैंक निफ्टी ने 53 फीसदी की छलांग लगाई है। मिडकैप इंडेक्स 70 फीसदी मजबूत हुआ है। मोदी सरकार के 3 साल के कार्यकाल में एफआईआई ने कैश मार्केट में 17,514 करोड़ रुपये की खरीद की है, जबकि घरेलू संस्थागत निवेशकों ने 1,13,240 करोड़ रुपये की खरीद की है।
• हालांकि 3 साल के कामकाज पर विपक्ष ने सरकार पर वार किया है। मायावती का कहना है कि इन 3 साल में गरीबों-पिछड़ों की हालत खराब हुई।  तो लालू प्रसाद यादव ने मोदी सरकार को सभी मोर्चों पर नाकाम कहते हुए तंच कसा है। वहीं बीजेपी के कमलनाथ ने कहा कि बीजेपी जनता को को बरगला रही है और सरकार ने नौजवानों, किसानों के साथ धोखा किया। ऐसे में सवाल है कि मोदी सरकार अगले दो सालों में अपने वादे पूरे कर पाएगी।

Nifty is likely to open in a negative note. Momentum indicator like RSI is likely to wave red flag in the favour of bears. Bears are like to get served by bulls for today’s trading session. As we noticed nifty was trading at PE of 24.80 which is not suitable according to current scenario. We are expecting nifty to apply for a steep correction in upcoming trading sessions.
